Know your customer. Define your brand. Keep it consistent.

A 22-page Word workbook that takes you through eight sections, from who your customer and competitors are to how your brand looks, sounds, and behaves. You write the answers in your own words, and the final section collects the key ones into a brand summary. Share that summary, a single section, or the whole document with a designer, a freelancer, or anyone joining your team so they can apply your brand decisions consistently.

What do I receive with my purchase?

You'll receive one Word file (.docx) of 22 pages, containing eight sections plus a page explaining how to use it. Your purchase is delivered as an instant download and includes lifetime access to the file.

Do I need design skills or special software?

No. It's a regular Word document you type into, and the answer boxes grow to fit whatever you write. The visual identity section asks for direction and references rather than finished design, so you don't need to be a designer to complete it.

How long does it take to complete?

That depends on how much you already know. Some sections can be answered in a sitting, while market positioning and visual identity are better with time in between to look at competitors and gather references.

Can I share the finished document?

Yes. That's in part what it was made for. Just delete the two front pages so the document opens with your own title page, and your Blueprint is ready to be sent to a designer, a freelancer, or anyone joining your team. However, you're not allowed to provide the workbook to someone else for their own brand or business use.

Can I add my own images?

Yes. The mood board and reference sections are built for pasted images, so you can drop in photography, packaging, and other references directly.

Do I need an existing brand?

No. You can use it to define a brand you're just starting, or to write down one that already exists but hasn't been thoroughly documented.
