Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 5, 2026
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Brand Path website (the “Website”) and your purchase, access, and use of The Brand Path digital products (the “Products”).
The Website and the Products are operated by Evelina Ljungbeck as a sole proprietorship registered in Sweden with organization number 970816-2863 (“The Brand Path”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing the Website, purchasing a Product, or using a Product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or purchase or use any Product.
If you purchase or use a Product on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
The Products
The Brand Path sells digital educational products for entrepreneurs, founders, and business owners building and growing product-based e-commerce businesses.
The Products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
Product descriptions, included materials, file formats, and access details are provided on the relevant Product page and/or at checkout.
We may update, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue Products at any time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, your purchase gives you access to the version of the Product made available to you at the time of purchase. We are not obligated to provide future updates, revisions, or additional materials after purchase.
Product Access and Delivery
After successful payment, the Product will be made available digitally through the delivery method stated at checkout, such as a download link, customer portal, email, or other electronic delivery method.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for downloading and storing your purchased Product within a reasonable time.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, please contact us at: hello@thebrandpath.com and include your order details. We will make reasonable efforts to provide access or send the file directly.
A temporary or resolvable technical access issue will normally be handled by redelivery or alternative access rather than a refund, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
License & Intellectual Property
Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, download, store, and use the Product for your own personal or internal business use only.
You may make reasonable internal copies of the Product solely for your permitted personal or internal business use.
All content included in the Products and on the Website, including but not limited to frameworks, systems, text, worksheets, spreadsheets, formulas, calculators, templates, checklists, structures, graphics, branding, product names, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of The Brand Path.
You may not:
Share, distribute, resell, sublicense, reproduce, modify, create derivative versions of, publicly display, or otherwise make the Product available to anyone outside your permitted personal or internal business use, whether in its original or modified form;
Gift, lend, rent, or otherwise transfer access to the Product to any third party;
Upload the Product or any part of it to file-sharing platforms, public drives, marketplaces, communities, or other public or semi-public locations;
Remove proprietary notices, copyright notices, license notices, or branding from the Product;
Claim the Product or any part of it as your own;
Use the Product to create a competing or substantially similar product, service, template, workbook, calculator, course, guide, or resource, whether commercial, free, or otherwise distributed.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of your license, refusal of future purchases or support, and legal action.
Payments, Pricing & Taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your location where available. Final pricing, currency, applicable taxes, and payment details are confirmed at checkout.
We may change Product prices at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
Payments are processed through the checkout and payment provider identified at checkout. Where that provider acts as Merchant of Record, it may be the legal seller for transaction purposes and may be responsible for payment processing, applicable tax calculation and collection, and transaction-related matters such as refunds and chargebacks.
The provider’s own buyer terms and checkout terms may also apply to your purchase.
Applicable VAT, sales tax, GST, or other transaction taxes may be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with applicable laws and the checkout provider’s tax handling processes.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and payment information at the time of purchase.
Refunds & Digital Content Withdrawal Waiver
6.1 Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Because the Products are digital and are made available electronically, all sales are final once access to the Product has been granted, except where required by applicable law or where the checkout provider or Merchant of Record issues a refund in accordance with its own policies and procedures.
This does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective, non-conforming, or misdescribed digital content.
6.2 Digital Content Withdrawal Waiver
The Products are digital content made available electronically. Immediate access to the Product is a condition of purchase.
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or cooling-off right for digital content, you may have such a right unless a valid exception applies.
Where required by law, by completing your purchase you give your express consent to immediate access to the Product and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access to the Product is granted.
If you do not agree to immediate access and the loss of any applicable statutory withdrawal right once access is granted, you should not complete the purchase.
Once access to the Product has been granted after your express consent and acknowledgement, you will no longer have a statutory right of withdrawal, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Problems, Complaints & Defective Digital Content
If you believe a Product is faulty, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or otherwise not provided as required by applicable law, please contact us at: hello@thebrandpath.com as soon as reasonably possible and include your order details and a description of the issue.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may provide a corrected file, replacement access, technical assistance, or another remedy required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory legal rights that apply to consumers in relation to defective or non-conforming digital content.
Results & Earnings Disclaimer
The Products are educational resources only. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding financial results, revenue, profitability, business growth, product launch success, or any other specific outcome.
Where a Product includes financial models, calculators, formulas, estimates, forecasts, or numerical tools, these are provided for planning and educational purposes only. Any examples, illustrations, case scenarios, prompts, worksheets, or sample figures are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute promises or guarantees of specific results.
Building and operating a business involves inherent risk. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, pricing, product quality, competition, supply chain performance, advertising performance, customer demand, economic conditions, and your own decisions and execution.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your business decisions, actions, and outcomes.
The Products do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, or professional advice.

Your use of the Website and purchase of Products may involve the processing of personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also includes our Cookie Statement, available on the Website, for information about how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Brand Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or relates to Website access, misuse, security, or ongoing use of the Products.
Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
